This book is not only educational it is enlightening.
The style that Raven Digitalis uses to convey his message is supportive and encouraging. As you read the book, it almost as though you are sitting with a friend who gently explains what can happen, how to recognise it and most importantly offers suggestions on how to deal with our reactions to situations or people we encounter.
Raven Digitalis explains what empathy is continuing on to describe magical empathy. There is guidance for the reader to empower them in their magical practice, providing sections on The Magick of Empathy, Empathic Energy Maintenance and Magickal Empathetic Techniques.
This book is a fantastic resource for anyone within their practice, for even if they are not directly affected it is more than likely they will know someone who is and so be able to share the knowledge found within these pages.
