This is an essential book for anyone interested in exploring the worlds over the hedge.

With her down to earth writing style, Rachel supplies the reader with her wealth of knowledge, and experience, in undertaking these journeys.  From describing the process, adding in relevant warnings, providing suggestions, as well as sharing what she has found works well and still uses herself, she enables us to try this method of travelling into the Otherworld, and return, safely.

The book is divided into small chapters, which allows the reader to ensure a full understanding.   Throughout there are exercises, visualisations, meditations, together with suggestions for chants, offerings, incense and tea blends, and so much more.

Also included is a comprehensive recommended reading list for those of us who like to dig deeper.
