Such a multifactorial condition.  The suggestions for this requested spell working are deliberately broad.  This is to enable those who are affected by this condition, to adapt the ideas using their intuition, so the intention accurately aligns with their symptoms, whilst considering their energy levels.

Suggested items to use -

Oil – olive.

Herbs - bay, bergamot, fennel, ginger, geranium, cypress, clary sage, chamomile, frankincense, juniper, lavender, mint, chilli, black pepper, lemon grass, marjoram, oregano, turmeric, mint, rose, rosemary, thyme, valerian, willow, yarrow – or one that your intuition leads you to use.

Symbol/ Rune/ Ogham – circle, cross, solar wheel, a personal sigil, Uruz, Duir, nGétal.

Write your petition in red, purple, blue, or black ink.

Lunar/Solar phase – if drawing in energy use waxing to full moon, or morning to midday: if reducing symptoms use waning moon/afternoon to sunset.
