Make a witch's ladder, with nine cords and then make nine knots, or insert nine beads/feathers/twigs/sprigs of herbs.
As you position each of your chosen items, list your blessings, consider the things you are thankful for, for example -
First, I am thankful for my family.
Second, I am thankful for my home.
Third, I am thankful for my health.... etc.
